Meet your new wedding-day cheer squad, our I Do… Crew has been trained to handle your wedding day with ease. Whether you’re working with Kenzie as your day-of coordinator, or you’re lucky enough to have other Crew members on your wedding day, you should be prepared for the sweetest, most-fun, and immensely supportive team. Whoever is on your I Do… Crew on your day has one goal: to make sure you enjoy your day from getting ready until your send-off.

Kenzie Carlson
Owner + Lead Planner
Kenzie started I Do… in June of 2019 in order to help brides bring their I Do dreams come to life. She has a passion for planning and a heart for couples planning their big day. After grad school ended, she decided to go full-time with I Do… and it has grown ever since. She will be one of your main points of communication throughout the planning process. And she may even be your coordinator on the day-of!

Emily Torres
Assistant Planner + Social Media Manager
Emily joined our team in Fall of 2023. She started off as a day of coordinator while she was working remote full time but since May of 2024 she has been with us full time as assistant planner and coordinator! You will also catch Emily working behind the scenes running our social media platforms. Her favorite part of working weddings is seeing the couples vision coming to life.

Avery Harthun
Assistant Planner + Marketing Manager
Avery moved to Tennessee in 2025 from Wisconsin, where she worked at a wedding venue. Adding her to our team once she got her was a no brainer! She also has a degree in marketing, so she has helped revamp I Do… Weddings’ website and marketing, and works with Emily on social media stuff too. And, of course, you may see her coordinating on a wedding day!

Carlee Seals
Coordinator
Carlee reached out to us about interning with us awhile back and she is a natural so we knew we had to have her as apart of our team. She is such a hard worker and makes sure all those little details of your wedding day are perfect. Originally from a small town in east Tennessee, she came to UT and we’re so thankful to have connected with her.

Ashley Baker
Coordinator
Ashley was an amazing addition to our team in 2023, she has picked up coordinating quickly and does an amazing job on wedding days making sure things stay on time and are put together. She also works for Here Comes the Guide, which is what started her love of weddings in the first place.

Cassidy McReynolds
Coordinator
Cassidy has been with us since March of 2023! Being local to TN she is very familiar with the area and different types of venues nearby. Cassidy is always ready for whatever is thrown her way when working weddings! Cassidy is so eager to assist our couples in everything they may need to make their wedding day special!
Brooke Morrell
Coordinator
Brooke started with us in September 2020; she graduated from the University of Tennessee in May 2020 with a Psychology degree! Brooke is a girl on a mission on your wedding day, she keeps everything organized while maintaining a cool demeanor that will calm all your wedding day nerves.

Jessica Karr
Coordinator
Jessica was a bride of Kenzie’s back in 2021 and from that, it sparked an interest in her working some weddings with us! She took a break in the beginning of 2024 to welcome her first child but is back to working weddings with us and we are so happy to have her back!

Reagan Davies
Coordinator
Reagan started interning with I Do… in January of 2025. She attended the University of Tennessee for a degree in nutrition, but found a passion for event planning and coordinating when she served as Director of Socials for her sorority. She loves being able to help with the behind the scenes work, and being a day of coordinator!
Sammy Zappacosta
Coordinator
Sammy was originally friends with Cassidy, who told us that Sammy would be an amazing coordinator, and she certainly is! Sammy started in 2024 and is such a sweet assistant to help any wedding day. Sammy also became a lead in 2025, and we are so excited for her!

Roxie McClure
Coordinator
Roxie started coordinating in 2024 with I Do… Weddings and became a lead coordinator after a full year of helping couples with their dream weddings. She is a sweet and wonderful addition to any coordination team
Anna Grace Yancey
Coordinator
Anna Grace started with I Do... in 2025 while she is completing her degree in Marketing at University of Tennessee. AG loves to travel and spend time outside which comes in handy when working weddings!
Stacey Torres
Assistant Coordinator
Stacey is Emily’s mom! She had mentioned to Emily a little while back that she would love to coordinate a couple of weddings with her as its always something she saw herself doing! We added Mama Stace to the roster at the beginning of this year and she has been a natural!
Connor McReynolds
Assistant Coordinator
Connor is Cassidy’s husband! Connor started assisting Cassidy at the end of 2023 on a few weddings here and there and has since been added to the roster! He has a full time job but makes time for weddings on the side. He is a great addition to our team and we feel lucky to have him… and his muscles!
Savannah Kirtner
Assistant Coordinator
Savannah is new on our team in 2026! She worked a wedding in Virginia and that sparked her passion for weddings. She worked one wedding in 2025 and loved it, so you'll see a lot more of her in 2026. When she's not at weddings, she also works for her family's company in the wholesale industry.
Chandler Sparks
Assistant Coordinator
Chandler goes way back with the I do crew. She left the wedding industry for a brief period of time, but then came back to join us! She also works as a Venue manager, but when she’s not doing weddings for them, she’s helping us. She is the queen of making things happen!
Sierra Watts
Assistant Coordinator
Sierra started helping us with weddings in 2025 whenever we needed some additional help. She is a full-time mom to two little cuties so she doesn't work weddings often, but when she does, she is so helpful and makes a wedding day fun!
Savannah Bibrey
Assistant Coordinator
Savannah and Kenzie met through one of our past coordinators and became fast friends. Since then, Savannah has helped occasionally with weddings when needed. You will more likely see her in the spring, fall or winter though, because the summer is reserved for weekends at the lake!
